Terms of Service

NOTE: Once you order a commission from me, it means that you have read, understood, and agreed on my TOS

  • Strictly half upfront payment.

  • Payments can be sent through Paypal/Gcash. Please send Paypal payments through GOODS AND SERVICES only.

  • *payments sent through Gcash would follow PHP currency and Paypal payments follow USD currency in the pricelist!

  • Turnaround time is around 1-5 days up to a month. Can do rush commissions with additional fee.

  • Complex background/character design/extra props may have additional fee/be rejected due to complexity.

  • Commissioned art is strictly for personal use only, additional fee for commercial use is twice the base price.

  • Commissioned art is non-refundable.

  • Clients must always credit me (asterarchives) whenever they post the commissioned art.

  • Clients cannot claim that they made the commissioned art.

  • Clients cannot ask me to remove my signature unless it's for commercial use.

  • I have the rights to decline a commission if I am uncomfortable with it or if it is beyond my skills.
